The River Rises

Although we are close to the river we are luckily high and dry. We kept power through the storm, but woke up without it today. Apparently our substation is submerged, which doesn't sound like a quick fix. Good bye fridge and freezer of food, but I am very grateful to have a dry basement. We had a full day of gawking at various flood stages and cleaning up debris at my grandma's. More later when power and interwebs allows it.
